This project focused on the complete transformation of KFC Fort St., with an emphasis on modernizing the dining area and improving overall efficiency. The redesign began with the ground floor, where we created a more welcoming and contemporary dining space to enhance the customer experience. The kitchen was fully refurbished to boost operational efficiency, allowing the restaurant to handle high volumes during peak hours.

In the front-of-house area, we upgraded the finishes and cabinetry, incorporating sleek, durable materials that align with KFC’s brand. The redesign optimized the layout to improve accessibility and streamline the flow between ordering, seating, and serving, providing a more efficient and comfortable environment for both customers and staff.
